Conversion Action	Online purchase with processed valid payment
Cookie Duration	90 Days.
Commission Duration	Lifetime commissions on any customer you refer.
Commission	10% of Gross Sales up to 5K / Mo 20% of Gross Sales after 5K / Mo 30% of Gross Sales after 10K / Mo
Additional Terms	Commissions are paid on first Monday of every month. Please note an account balance of $100 is required for a payout to take place.
